Becoming a member
of an organization

Here is a guide for those who wish to become a member of an organization.

Why?

Joining the organization allows you to:

• Manage your own image and text

• Be represented on the organization’s page

How?

1. Log in: top right

2. Go to your dashboard (the link is under your icon in the menu, top right)

3. In the "My Persons" section, add ⊞ or edit ✐ your profile

   1. Your profile page is the one containing the same email you used to log in or sign up.

4. Click "Save": at the bottom of the page

5. Click "Publish": at the top, below the page title

6. Go to the organizations page: in the top menu

7. Click on the organization you wish to join

8. Click "Apply for membership": at the top, below the page title

   1. If you can’t find it, your profile may not have been published earlier

9. You will see the organization’s name and your name

10. Click "Send Application"

11. You are now on the membership page, where you can also see the membership status.

12. The organization’s administrators will automatically be notified of your membership request.

13. Wait for the administrators to approve your membership. You will receive a notification about it.
