Introduction

Our platform sends notifications for various events, such as organization membership invitations and status changes.

Notification Language

The language of notifications is based on the language preference set on your Account page.

Opt-Out / Unsubscribe

You can opt out or unsubscribe from notifications in two ways:

• Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any notification and confirm.

• Go to your Account page, check the Opt Out checkbox, and save your changes.

To start receiving notifications again:

• Go to your Account page, uncheck the Opt Out checkbox, and save your changes.

What Happens to Notifications While Unsubscribed/Opted Out?

Unsubscribed notifications are not stored and cannot be recovered.
